ATLYSS PTY LTD
Last Updated: 11 January 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the ATLYSS website, and related services (together, the "Service").
ATLYSS is operated by: ATLYSS PTY LTD ("ATLYSS", "we", "us", "our").
Contact: support@atlyss.ai
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What ATLYSS does
ATLYSS helps you plan trips by generating suggested itineraries and recommendations. The Service may help you research or arrange flights, accommodation, activities, ground transport, restaurants, travel insurance, and other travel-related products and services.
ATLYSS may:
- show information from third parties
- link you to third-party booking providers
- in some cases, collect details you provide and pass them to a third-party provider to assist with a booking
Unless we clearly say otherwise, ATLYSS does not provide travel services directly. Third parties supply the travel products and services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. If local law allows minors to use the Service, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise use.
If you create an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current information
- keep your login details secure
- be responsible for all activity under your account
You must not share or sell your account, or use another person's account without permission.
3. Group trips and collaboration features
The Service may let you invite others to view or edit a trip. You are responsible for:
- choosing who you invite
- what information you share with them
- ensuring you have permission to share any personal information you add (including details about other travellers)
You acknowledge that other users you invite may change trip details. You should review trip details before booking.
4. AI-generated itineraries and recommendations
Some outputs are generated using AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying important details before you rely on them or travel, including:
- prices, availability, inclusions, and cancellation terms
- location, opening hours, and accessibility
- visas, passports, entry rules, and transit requirements
- health, safety, and weather conditions
- local laws and customs
ATLYSS does not provide legal, medical, financial, or immigration advice. If you need advice, speak to a qualified professional.
5. Bookings, payments, changes, and cancellations
Third-party bookings. If you book through a third party, your contract is with that provider, not ATLYSS. The provider's terms and policies apply, including cancellation and refund rules.
Prices and availability. Prices, availability, and inclusions can change quickly. We do not guarantee that information you see will remain available.
Payments. If payments are processed through the Service, they are usually handled by third-party payment processors. Their terms apply. We do not store full card details unless we clearly tell you and you consent where required.
Changes and cancellations. You are responsible for managing changes and cancellations under the applicable provider's rules. If the Service offers tools to request changes, those tools do not guarantee that a provider will accept the change or provide a refund.
6. Your content and permissions you give us
You may submit content such as trip details, messages, reviews, photos, preferences, and itinerary notes ("User Content").
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant ATLYSS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and share your User Content. This is only to:
- operate and improve the Service
- generate and maintain your itineraries
- enable collaboration features you choose
- keep backups and maintain security
- comply with legal obligations
If you share User Content publicly through the Service, you understand others may view, copy, or share it.
You promise that:
- you own your User Content or have permission to use it
- your User Content does not break any laws or infringe rights
- your User Content is not misleading or deceptive
7. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Service for illegal purposes
- upload malware, attempt hacking, or disrupt the Service
- scrape, reverse engineer, or try to extract our source code or models (except where the law cannot exclude it)
- use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
- post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful
- impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- use the Service commercially (for example, reselling itineraries) unless we agree in writing
We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
We own (or license) all rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and our content, except User Content and third-party content.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You must not copy or exploit the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service may display or link to third-party websites, content, or services ("Third-Party Services"). We do not control Third-Party Services and are not responsible for them, including their content, pricing, availability, or privacy practices.
Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you upload personal information about other people (for example, travellers on your trip), you must have their permission.
11. Service availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not promise the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may also set limits on usage, storage, or features, especially during early-stage or beta releases.
12. Communications and marketing
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree that ATLYSS may contact you by email or other electronic means for service-related communications, such as account notices, trip updates, booking-related messages, and security alerts.
ATLYSS uses SMS only to send one-time verification codes for account sign-in, sign-up, phone-number verification, and account security. When you enter a phone number and continue, you agree to receive these one-time SMS verification codes at that number. Message frequency varies based on your sign-in or verification activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help or contact support@atlyss.ai. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. If you opt out, you may be unable to use phone-based sign-in or verification. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
ATLYSS does not use SMS for marketing or promotional messages. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted by law and can be opted out of using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@atlyss.ai.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make warranties that:

This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, and any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, or anticipated savings, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, or otherwise, even if ATLYSS has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

- any reliance on AI-generated outputs, recommendations, itineraries, or information displayed through the Service
- any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in content, pricing, availability, or travel information
Non-excludable rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATLYSS and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- your misuse of the Service
- your User Content
- your breach of these Terms
- your violation of another person's rights
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion at support@atlyss.ai.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, caused harm, or created risk for other users or us.
Sections that should survive termination include those about intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
17. Dispute resolution and governing law
